Finance Operations Lead
We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and support long-term growth. As our Finance Operations Lead, you will oversee the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, leveraging your expertise in financial operations processes, systems, and controls.
About This Role
This is a leadership role that requires strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will provide financial guidance and support to site leadership teams, ensuring Internal Controls are in place and functioning. Your strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities will enable you to partner with executive management to drive decision-making and performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the Financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for both short-term and long-term business goals.
* Provide key finance support for line expansion and new product opportunities.
* Oversee continuous improvement of Accounting & Financial processes to achieve best practices and optimal output.
* Work closely with IT teams to support ongoing enhancements and cost savings initiatives.
* Nurture relationships with stakeholders, including Corporate partners, Key Service Providers, and State agencies.
Requirements
* 7+ years of progressive experience in finance operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Deep expertise in financial operations processes, systems, and controls.
* Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, automation, and systems upgrades (SAP).
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance frameworks.
* Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment preferred.
