Dublin 2 | 3 Days On-Site | Work 9.30am-5.30am Office near St Stephens Green Newly created role- supporting Partner in IP Law and Dispute Resolution.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level PA and operational support to a busy Partner.

Key Responsibilities: Efficiently manage complex diaries, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings and travel arrangements.
Assist in coordinating business development activities Maintain and update key client and sector-related contact lists.
Ensure efficient billing processes, including monitoring pre-bills and tracking supplier invoices.
Support financial reporting and maintain compliance with client-specific requirements.
We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with: Previous experience in a Legal PA role within a commercial law firm A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong administrative skills.
