This is a unique opportunity to take on a challenging leadership role within a residential care setting. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service, ensuring that we continue to provide high-quality care and support to children between the ages of 11 and 17 who come from challenging backgrounds.
Our service provides support to young people who require intensive care and support, and we are seeking experienced professionals who can help us deliver this vital work. You will need to have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
