Quantity Surveyor Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and be able to provide accurate cost advice and financial reporting. They will also oversee project budgets, cash flow, and commercial performance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage cost planning, tendering, and contract administration on a range of projects
* Provide accurate cost advice and financial reporting
* Oversee project budgets, cash flow, and commercial performance
* Advise on procurement, risk, and contract strategy
* Lead and mentor junior team members
* Liaise with clients and project stakeholders to ensure quality delivery
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
* Proven project experience with strong commercial acumen
* Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
* Familiarity with building contracts and cost management tools (e.g., Cubit, Excel)
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
