Our company is seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the Ireland region. This home-based role involves actively developing and growing the Ireland territory by identifying and selling our technology solutions to the construction infrastructure services market.
The position requires direct customer-facing contact and a willingness to travel within the region as needed. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be accountable for the sales performance of the region, including achieving revenue and profit targets.
You will manage regional expense budgets and maintain strong customer relations. Strategic planning is essential, requiring you to generate and develop a strategic territory sales plan, plan sales activity daily, weekly, and monthly, and report using internal CRM.
Opportunity management is also crucial, involving identifying, managing, and closing new and existing opportunities within the region. Collaboration with OEM and Strategic Sales to identify new business opportunities is key.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will also perform product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our Construction Infrastructure products to existing and potential customers.
Consultative sales involve building positive relationships with leading regional customers through key account management. Delivering regular and accurate sales forecasts to the UK Regional Sales Manager is a critical aspect of this role.
A Bachelor's Degree in a technical-related discipline, civil engineering, surveying, or related business field, along with relevant experience in a construction technology-related discipline, is required.
Strong ability to successfully sell products and services, set priorities appropriate for short and long-term objectives, make strategic decisions, and take disciplined risks are essential skills for this role.
