Clinical Nurse Manager Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team. As a key member of the nursing leadership, you will be responsible for providing clinical guidance, coaching and mentoring to staff.
* Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
* Lead and manage clinical teams to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Registered in relevant division of Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by Nursing & Midwifery Board (NMBI).
2. A minimum 5 years post-registration experience in critical care or related area.
3. Demonstrable knowledge, skills, abilities including management capacity.
