My client, a busy and friendly Conveyancing team based in Dublin, is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join their practice. Key Responsibilities: Managing a high-volume, fast-paced workload Providing administrative support to the Conveyancing team Taking instructions from clients and liaising with them as required Assisting with preparation of booklets and closing documentation Drafting letters and assisting with Stamp Duty and Registrations Handling incoming calls from clients and solicitors Ensuring confidential data is managed safely and efficiently Key Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years experience working in a law firm; Conveyancing experience is a strong advantage Calm, professional, and approachable Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook; experience with case management systems (Keyhouse a plus) Good numeracy and communication skills, both written and verbal About My Client: My client is a well-established legal practice in Dublin City, providing high-quality legal services across a range of specialist areas.
