Job Title: Content & Social Media Executive Location: Kildare (Fully Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role: This is a fully onsite role based in Kildare, where you'll work closely with senior leadership to create engaging content and manage social media channels across two dynamic brands. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and edit engaging video and visual content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Manage and grow brand presence across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more. Maintain and execute a content calendar aligned with key campaigns and business objectives. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimise results. Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Executive to align creative output with campaign goals. Flexibly support two distinct brands, tailoring content to each audience. Key Skills & Experience: ? 3+ years of hands-on content creation and social media management experience. ? Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other visual editing tools. ? Strong understanding of social media best practices and audience engagement strategies. ? Excellent eye for design and storytelling. ? Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. ? Strong copywriting and communication skills. Comfortable appearing in and creating video content. Bonus Points For: Interest or background in the tools / automotive industry. Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
