Duties:
* Designing and Developing Training Programs: Enhance individual and organisational performance through bespoke training initiatives.
* Learning Management System Administrator: Manage and maintain the Learning Management System, ensuring seamless access to training materials.
* Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with L&D Lead, managers, system owners, and subject matter experts to assess and prioritise training needs, aligning with site strategic goals and Employee Development Plans.
* Supporting Managers and Individuals: Provide information, advice, and resources to promote a high-performing organisation, including designing and delivering customised training plans for new and existing employees.
* Training Program Design and Evaluation: Offer guidance in the design of training programs and assist in evaluating training activities to ensure effectiveness.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: In a relevant field such as Management or a related discipline.
* Expert Knowledge: Of principles and methods for designing and delivering training material.
