About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team in North Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing daily operations, leading teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations of all F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, and event catering.
* Lead a team of 10 staff members, coordinating daily operational plans, recruitment, training, development, rostering, and motivating the team to achieve common goals.
* Oversee service delivery during key events, functions, and regular dining.
* Collaborate creatively with the Head Chef on menu selection for dining and events, as well as beverage offerings.
* Ensure customers receive the highest quality service and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Maintain the highest standards of compliance with Health and Safety regulations, as well as HACCP.
Requirements
* Previous management experience in a hospitality setting within a hotel or fine dining setting.
* Up-to-date knowledge of Irish food and alcohol regulations.
* Own transport is essential due to the location.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* Customer-focused with strong relationship management abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and familiarity with computerised management and control systems.
