Senior Business Analyst
My client are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our global change management team, supporting key initiatives within the Transfer Agency function.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from initial business case and requirements gathering through to implementation and post-go-live support.
2. Develop high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and design documentation.
3. Work closely with stakeholders across global business lines to define and deliver the Target Operating Model (TOM) for Transfer Agency processes.
4. Act as a key liaison between business users, technology teams, and vendors to ensure clear understanding and alignment of requirements.
5. Support design workshops, process mapping, and solution validation to ensure business needs are met effectively.
Skills & Experience Required
6. Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within financial services, ideally within Transfer Agency operations.
7. Demonstrated success working across Change Management or transformation projects.
8. Strong experience producing BRDs, functional design documents, and other key project artefacts.
9. Exposure to Temenos Multifonds or similar fund accounting / investment administration systems is highly beneficial.
10. Experience working on global or multi-jurisdictional projects with cross-functional teams.
