Software Quality Assurance Specialist Role
We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Software Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our software products.
Main Responsibilities:
* Identify and report defects in software applications to ensure they meet requirements.
* Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve testing processes.
* Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts to validate software functionality.
Requirements:
* A degree in Information Technology or a related field is required. Alternatively, equivalent technical experience can be considered.
* A minimum of 6+ years of experience as an IT Tester is required.
* Direct experience testing Life Assurance products or within a Life or Financial Services company is essential.
* Expertise in API testing and strong knowledge of programming languages, databases, and test environments are necessary.
