Role Description
The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage services at Aherlow House Hotel. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, maintaining efficient food and beverage services, and budgeting to achieve financial targets. The manager will also develop and implement staff training programs to enhance team performance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tipperary.
Qualifications
* Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management, with a focus on quality and efficiency
* Exceptional Customer Service skills to enhance guest experiences
* Skills in Training and mentoring staff to ensure consistent performance and service excellence
* Competence in Budgeting and financial management to meet and exceed targets
* Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Management, or a related field is an advantage
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food and beverage operations
