Executive Chef Position
This is a high-end corporate catering team seeking an experienced Head Chef to join its Dublin City Centre operations.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a professional environment with predominantly daytime hours, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities include leading a professional kitchen team to deliver high-quality services, creating seasonal menus tailored to client needs, and maintaining the highest standards in food preparation, quality, and presentation.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a professional kitchen team
* Create and execute seasonal, fresh, and locally sourced menus
* Maintain the highest standards in food preparation and presentation
* Work alongside senior management to drive innovation and menu development
* Manage stock levels and suppliers efficiently
* Train, supervise, and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
* Control kitchen costs and labour in line with financial targets and reporting metrics
Requirements for Success:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management
* Financial acumen in managing gross profit margins and labour costs
* Up-to-date knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP regulations
* Computer literacy and comfort with stock and ordering systems
* Valid work permit and full legal right to work in Ireland
