Your responsibilities will include: Conduct all work in a safe manner, taking responsibility to uphold the highest Health and Safety standards and ensure compliance across all site activities. Address issues promptly to maintain a secure working environment.Ensure all works meet the highest quality standards by implementing and adhering to quality control procedures and project-specific protocols. Monitor performance to avoid rework and ensure efficiency.Provide relevant and accurate setting-out information in a format easily understood by foremen and operatives.Collaborate with design teams to review, critique, and improve detailed designs. Coordinate the development of workshop drawings and technical information from subcontractors, ensuring designs are construction-ready.Plan and manage the workforce and subcontractors to achieve program targets. Order and control materials on-site, maintain records, and ensure profitability through accuracy, efficiency, and sound management practicesWhat you will need: Degree in Engineering5+years of Site Engineering experienceMain Contractor expGood understanding of health and safetyProactive with excellent communication skillsFull Drivers license#INDNC
