ServiceNow Architect | Permanent role | Hybrid, Dublin
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the ServiceNow platform architecture.
Lead design and delivery of core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
Build and govern reporting and analytics (Performance Analytics, reports, dashboards).
Translate stakeholder needs into scalable solutions.
Enforce best practices for governance, security, and performance.
Oversee integrations with external systems (e.g., monitoring, HR, finance).
Define roadmap for additional modules (ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM).
Mentor developers/admins and provide technical leadership.
Conduct architecture reviews aligned to enterprise strategy.
Track platform updates and drive adoption.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience as a ServiceNow Architect in large environments.
Strong knowledge of platform capabilities and constraints.
Deep ITSM and module experience.
Proficiency in reporting tools.
Understanding of data models, CMDB, and service mapping.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
