COMMERCIAL INSURANCE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE Location: Dundalk, Co Louth. Experienced Commercial Insurance professional required to join a leading family run insurance broker working within a growing Commercial Team with the purpose of providing highest standard of service to all clients. The Role: Maintain and manage a portfolio of existing clients across a range of commercial products Proactively growing a pipeline for new business and renewals Upsell and cross sell at all relevant opportunities Keep up to date with trends to ensure that you stay an expert in your market Deliver excellent customer service and helpful advice to customers Have a keen focus on the market and competitor insight. Required: 3+ years experience with a broad knowledge of the insurance market and excellent track record of customer service. Strong sales/negotiation skills Good interpersonal skills and competent in IT Ability to problem solve and reach considered solutions for clients Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well under pressure and work as part of a team Experience in Insurance Broking APA (Commercial) /CIP Qualification held or working toward/equivalent Experience of working with the Open GI software platform an advantage but not essential Benefits Pension: up to 5% contribution DIS x 2 times salary Personal Accident cover Hols - 21 days + 1 day every 5 years.
