The 5* College Green Hotel Dublin, Autograph Collection (part of the MHL Hotel Collection and Marriott International) has an excellent opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Sales team.
This position will be an integral support to the Sales and Marketing Department by working with the Sales & Marketing Director and Events team on sales and marketing initiatives. This is a great opportunity for an individual wishing to get exposure to Hotel Sales and the 5-star international hotel industry.
Duties will include:
* General administration and office management
* Managing Marriott marketing programs, including brand loyalty programme
* Compilation and management of marketing collateral
* Management of the imagery bank on Marriott intranet site
* Responsible for management of issuing of corporate contracts
* Assistance with site inspection and preparation for sales appointments and customer events
* Organising sales gifts, design and printing of promotional collateral
* Management of the sales team travel schedules, including planning, booking and budgeting
* Support Corporate events such as company appreciation weeks, key account events and PR driven events
* Key point of contact for information supply to the hotel’s nominated PR company
* Assist with site preparation to include: checking rooms, preparation of bespoke collateral and coordinating arrival meet and greets
* Content creation management of the hotel websites including all F&B outlets’ site
* Manage content on Third Party websites
* Assist in content schedule for social media, including some imagery/photographs as required
* Conduct site inspections of the hotel where appropriate
