We are seeking applications for the position of Sales Administrator for our office in Westport, Co.
Mayo.
This is a fast paced, dynamic environment and the right candidate will be an excellent communicator and highly organised with strong inter-personal skills.
What your role will be
Order processing and handling customer queries promptly and efficiently
Providing customer quotations
Providing support to the Field Account Management team
Invoicing and credit processing
Related administration as required
Other ad hoc tasks as required in line with the role
What you will need
Minimum of two years' experience in a busy administrative role
Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
Ability to plan and manage a busy workload
Forward thinking, positive attitude
Outstanding time management skills, attention to detail and high accuracy in task completion
