Job Description – Purchasing Administrator
Responsible To: Purchasing Manager
Hours: Monday-Friday Part Time 20hrs
Requires flexibility to meet the needs of the business
Pownall & Hampson is a family-run business, established in the early 1930s. Our bedding manufacturing facility is based in Coolock, Dublin. Here we manufacture our own bedding brands which include Bedroom Couture, Neuhaus and Medibed. These brands are associated with quality and value throughout Ireland, UK, and Europe.
Pownall & Hampson have also partnered with some of the best recognized bedding brands, manufacturing a range of bedding products for Racing Green, Dreamworld, and Appletree.

Responsibilities:
* Processing Good Received Notes (GRN's)
* Tracking Containers from weekly status report
* Raising PO's
* Tracking PO's
* Working closely with suppliers to ensure all relevant certification is current
* Working closely with account department to ensure deposits and shipping documents are prepared on time
* Assisting in stock planning and forecasting
* Goods Inwards Quality Control
Skills:
* Must have good excel skills and excellent attention to detail
* Proficient In English
* Previous experience working in a Purchasing Department beneficial
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €18,666.00 per year
