Early Years Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and values-driven leader to oversee early years care and education, leading a team in supporting children's holistic development.
This position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar leadership role, a Fetac Level 6 (or recognized equivalent) in Early Childhood Education, and fluency in English.
* Deliver high-quality, full-time early years care and education, ensuring the room and team provide support for children's overall growth and development.
* Develop curriculum planning and learning experiences that align with Aistear and Siolta standards, ensuring compliance and maintaining high quality.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, guiding them in supporting children's development and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the room and team in providing early years care and education

Requirements:
