HR Generalist – Hawksmoor DublinWe're looking for a people-focused, detail-driven HR Generalist to join our team at Hawksmoor Dublin.
You'll play a vital role in making our restaurant a brilliant place to work by delivering fair, consistent and legally compliant HR support across every stage of the employee journey.Working closely with the Head of HR and our wider People Team, you'll support managers and teams with onboarding, employee relations, compliance, learning and development, payroll, and engagement – helping embed our Hawksmoor values in everyday practice.What you'll doAct as the go-to HR contact for the Dublin siteAdvise on employee relations, absence, conduct and probationEnsure all documentation is accurate, up to date and WRC-compliantCoordinate payroll inputs and tronc fortnightlyManage statutory family leave and support return-to-workSupport recruitment, onboarding, and probation reviewsHelp deliver training, monitor engagement, and track key HR metricsMaintain accurate HR systems and reportingWho you areExperience in a HR Generalist or Advisor roleStrong knowledge of Irish employment law and WRC standardsOrganised, clear communicator, problem-solverConfident with systems like Harri, Timepoint or ThriveBonus points for:Hospitality experienceLevel 5 CIPD (or working towards it)Experience with tronc, family leave, and auditsWhy Hawksmoor?
