Human Resources Leader Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function, including managing a team of HR professionals, developing and implementing HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role, a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

This is a key position within the organization, reporting directly to the Global Head of HR. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to senior leaders and managers across the business.

Your Key Responsibilities:
\
* Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
* Manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment and talent management strategies.
* Provide advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers on HR-related matters.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a hybrid working arrangement of 3-4 days office-based and 1-2 days remote working. The role is being offered on an initial 12-14 month contract basis.
