We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Mobile Support Engineer.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for diagnosing and detailing root cause failures, estimating retail repairs, and logging and reporting back to the service team as required.
The successful candidate will also be able to diagnose both mechanical and electrical faults using industry diagnostic equipment and client technical manuals, provide on-the-ground technical support to customers, and ensure that all technical issues are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
