This role is perfect for someone with strong bookkeeping knowledge and office administration experience, who is self-motivated and comfortable working independently.Duties & Responsibilities· Accounts payable· Accounts receivable· Preparing Aged Creditors and Debtors monthly for MD to review· Creditors / Debtors / Bank reconciliations· Using Sage Accounts package and Brightpay payroll system· Dealing with incoming and outgoing invoicing, supplier payments· Revenue payments, PAYE, VAT Returns etc· Maintaining holiday calendar and overseeing clock in system for all employees· Phone Queries· Arranging PostSkills & Attributes· A developed understanding of bookkeeping· Experience in office administration· Experience with Sage 50· High level of detail accuracy· Excellent numerical/ verbal reasoning· Good administrative skills· Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills· Strong communication skills· Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership on the role· Comfortable working on their ownThe Offer-Part-time role: 15 hours per week€17.50 per hourFlexible working hours within office timesOpportunity to work with a progressive, sustainability-focused company To apply, please send your CV and cover letter to Company DescriptionEcoVolt Ltd is a Dublin-based company that designs and manufactures innovative space heating, hot water, and ventilation products.
