About the Role
The primary function of this role is to take accountability for your department, ensuring the delivery of excellent quality products at competitive prices and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
* Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results and provide exceptional customer service.
* Monitor and address any variations to the cost base of the department on a week-to-week basis.
* Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
