Were on the lookout for a Senior Bartender to join the team at The Old Orchard, one of Rathfarnhams most popular bar and food venues. If youre passionate about great drinks, love creating a welcoming atmosphere, and thrive in a fast-paced environment we want to hear from you.
As a Senior Bartender, you'll play a key role in delivering top-notch service behind the bar, mentoring junior staff and making sure every guest enjoys their time with us.
What You'll Be Doing
* Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard, including pints, cocktails, wines and coffees
* Leading by example and supporting the bar team during busy shifts
* Maintaining a clean, organised and fully stocked bar at all times
* Providing friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service to all customers
* Handling cash and card transactions accurately
* Assisting with stock control and deliveries
What We're Looking For
* At least 2 years Senior bartending experience in a busy, high-volume venue
* Confident, reliable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
* Strong knowledge of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and spirits
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
