The Data Operations Center of Excellence (CoE) is a cross functional team dedicated to formulating and driving KKR's enterprise data management strategy while also providing the operating leverage required to bring these strategies and frameworks to life.We are hiring a Data Analytics Lead, BI and Reporting within the Data Operations CoE, based in Dublin. This individual will lead the design, development, and maintenance of reporting and dashboard solutions that provide critical insights to stakeholders across KKR. The role requires strong hands-on skills in modern BI and visualization tools (such as Power BI and Sigma), deep understanding of financial and asset management data, and the ability to partner with stakeholders to transform data into clear and actionable reporting.This is a hands-on role suited for someone who combines strong technical ability with business understanding, ensuring reporting outputs are accurate, scalable, and decision useful. Private markets knowledge is preferred.RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Sigma, and other visualization tools to support business decision makingPartner with business teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into scalable BI solutionsWork closely with Data Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders to source, validate, and structure data for reportingEnsure reporting outputs are accurate, consistent, and aligned with data governance and quality standardsOptimize data models and reporting workflows to improve performance and scalabilityDeliver documentation, training, and support to promote adoption and effective use of reporting solutionsIdentify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities and introduce best practices in data visualization and storytellingSupport ad hoc analysis and reporting requests with high quality and timely outputsQUALIFICATIONS~8 plus years of experience in BI/reporting, data analytics, or data operations within financial servicesStrong hands-on experience with Power BI, Sigma, or equivalent BI and visualization toolsSolid understanding of asset management data, ideally with exposure to private markets (fund structures, investor reporting, performance data)Experience designing and optimizing data models for reporting and dashboardingStrong SQL skills and familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as SnowflakeExcellent communication skills with an ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and compelling wayDetail oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment with multiple stakeholdersPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience supporting reporting for private equity, private credit, or other alternative asset classesFamiliarity with data governance, data quality, and controlled reporting environmentsExperience within large global financial institutions with complex reporting needs#LI-ONSITE
