We are looking for a
Business Support Engineer
to join one of our global IT clients in Dublin. This is a contract role offering hybrid flexibility.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as technical point of contact for business users, ensuring smooth resolution of operational requests.
* Offer troubleshooting & technical assistance for internal tools and systems.
* Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.
* Document incidents and trends to inform improvements in support processes.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of support workflows and user experience.
Key Skills:
* Technical proficiency — familiarity with SaaS internal tools, support systems, or enterprise workflows.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with business and technical audiences.
* Ability to problem-solve under pressure and manage quick turnaround support cases.
* Experience working in fast-paced, user-centric environments.
Experience:
* 4+ years in technical support, business support engineering, or similar operational/technical roles.
