Facade Manager – Tier One Company – Multiple Dublin Projects
Strive is working with a respected fit-out contractor that’s expanding its operations in Dublin. We’re hiring an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of on-site delivery across high-quality fit-out projects, including pharma, commercial office, high-end residential, and hospitality works. This role suits someone who runs a site with confidence, drives quality, and keeps programmes tight.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to keep workflow efficient and aligned with project plans.
Monitor progress against programme and elevate delays, risks, or design issues before they become problems.
Enforce strict health & safety compliance on site, carrying out site inspections and ensuring documentation is up to date.
Maintain strong communication with project managers, design teams, and clients, providing accurate progress updates.
Oversee quality control, snagging, and handover processes to ensure a flawless finish.
Manage site records, reports, and daily logs with accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager, ideally in fit-out or interior construction.
Proven track record delivering commercial office, pharma, residential, or hospitality fit‑out projects.
Carpentry or trade background is an advantage but not essential.
Strong knowledge of Irish construction standards, regulations, and safety procedures.
Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and keep projects moving without fuss.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
