Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead our front office team. As a key member of our hotel's operations, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage the front office team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
* Welcome and assist guests with queries and requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
* Process guest arrivals, departures, and room assignments in a timely and accurate manner.
* Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
Requirements
* Degree in Hospitality or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
