Cyber Security & Identity Management Role
Protecting organizational assets and customer information from cyber threats is a critical function of our cybersecurity program. As a key component, Cyber Identity & Access Management (IAM) plays a vital role in safeguarding sensitive data.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as an expert on Customer IAM policies, standards, and technical frameworks.
* Maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends in CIAM.
* Manage the review and approval process for policy and standard changes, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
* Document and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
* Act as liaison between business and IT teams on CIAM matters.
* Support the CIAM working group in preparing meeting materials.
* Track working group participation and document meeting minutes.
* Prepare meeting results and recommendations for referral to the IAM Governance Council.
* Present CIAM-related topics to business forums.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Deep understanding of IAM principles and technologies.
* Knowledge of Customer IAM processes in procedures in one or more business models.
* Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Experience with metric creation and analysis.
* Strong knowledge of CIAM platforms and tools.
