Join Our Client as a Senior Analyst in the Transfer Agency - Reconciliations Team Location: Limerick/Hybrid Contract: 12 months Annual Salary: from €30,000 Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a globally recognised, award-winning financial institution? What You'll Do: As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient oversight of bank accounts and reconciliation entries.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing the reconciliation of assigned accounts accurately and within deadlines.
Addressing queries in accordance with department procedures.
Participating in team meetings and huddles to foster collaboration.
Monitoring mailboxes to ensure timely responses to client queries.
Collaborating with TA partners to resolve reconciliation issues.
Supporting procedural improvements to enhance quality.
Maintaining a close working relationship with various stakeholders.
Ensuring adherence to all organisational policies and regulatory standards.
Who You Are: We're looking for someone with: A strong working knowledge of Cash Management and Reconciliations.
Experience in Customer Service (preferred).
Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an understanding of the regulatory environment.
Core Competencies: Interpersonal Skills: Build respectful relationships and tackle problems effectively.
Communication Skills: Exhibit strong listening and writing abilities.
Self-Management: Demonstrate integrity and adaptability in your work.
Motivation: Drive results and ensure closure on tasks.
