We are looking for a professional, reliable, and service-oriented
Full-Time Porter
to support the daily operations of our Club, providing great service and creating a welcoming environment for our members and their guests.
This hands-on role primarily covers day shifts, but it may occasionally require night shift coverage.
What Youll Do
* Provide a warm, friendly welcome to members and guests at all times.
* Assist with reception duties, including check-ins/check-outs, arranging taxis, handling luggage, and taking dining room bookings.
* Address concerns and complaints professionally and discreetly.
* Carry out fire walks, follow emergency procedures, and evacuation protocols.
* Report and respond to any incidents, accidents, loss, or damage promptly.
* Set up meeting rooms and events, and assist guests with food and beverage requests, as well as PA system needs.
* Help with the setup of the dining room and bar as needed.
* Assist with deliveries.
* Provide food and beverage service at various times.
* Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks in public areas, meeting rooms, the bar, dining room, and restrooms.
* Complete detailed shift handovers.
About You
* Previous hospitality experience desirable but not essential.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Reliable with strong attention to detail.
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
* Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends and occasionally nights.
