Who We're Looking For
* 1–3 years of experience in B2B, consultative, or relationship-driven sales
* Motivated, competitive mindset with a desire to own deals end-to-end
* Strong communication skills and commercial curiosity
* EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa required
* Ability to commute to Dublin 2, Mon-Fri
What You'll Be Doing
* Manage the entire sales process, from first contact to closing deals
* Present recruitment solutions to companies that are looking to grow
* Build and maintain strong relationships with your clients
* Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are delivered smoothly
