 
        
        Site Leadership Role
As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and delivery of construction projects. Your new role entails taking charge of detailed-focused, high-quality projects across various sectors including Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Educational, and data centres.
 1. Develop project programmes with meticulous care.
 2. Direct employees and manage subcontractors on site.
 3. Engage in consultations regarding programme of works with subcontractors.
 4. Ensure exceptional levels of H&S, Quality, and Environmental standards are met on site.
 5. Organise resources as required on site.
 6. Interact effectively with architects, engineers, surveyors, and senior management.
 7. Guarantee compliance with Building Regs, Fire Regs, etc.
Essential Qualifications:
 8. Degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferable).
 9. Prior experience in Site Management or Supervisory role with building contractor or residential developer.
 10. Excellent planning, organisational, communication, and presentation skills.
 11. Competency in maintaining clear professional documentation.
 12. Ability to foster strong relationships with clients, staff, and subcontractors.
