Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized care plans for adults with disabilities.
Provide therapeutic interventions and counseling to individuals and groups.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated and holistic care.
Offer consultation and training to staff and caregivers to enhance service delivery.
Participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with professional standards and regulations Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Requirements: A recognized postgraduate qualification Psychology.
Full registration with the PSIProven experience working with adults with disabilities.
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Own transport required All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.
International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
