Job Title: Director of Financial Operations
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the operational finance function, encompassing reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
* Led a high-performing team across general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, tax, payroll, systems administration
* Ensured accurate and timely financial processing and month-end/year-end close with strict adherence to accounting standards
* Developed and improved internal control systems to ensure regulatory compliance and policy alignment
* Drove efficiency and automation initiatives for scalability and process enhancement
* Maintained strong relationships with banks, auditors, and other stakeholders through effective communication
Required Skills:
* ACCA/CIMA or CPA qualification (minimum 10 years' PQE and 5 years' leadership experience)
* Proven track record in managing Shared Service Centres would be advantageous
* Experience in systems improvements, change management, and finance transformations
* Excellent systems knowledge (ERP - Sun, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
* Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring skills
* Effective communicator with ability to influence, negotiate, and drive performance at senior levels
