OverviewAnderson McQue is recruiting for our client based in Dublin who is the leading supplier and installer of complex EV charging solutions to the commercial and domestic markets in Ireland.Reporting to: Sales Manager PropertyResponsibilitiesGenerate sales for the Property Unit, liaising with property managers and developers.Follow up on warm leads to grow the customer base.Keep the in-house CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system up to date and use it to help track sales and KPIs.Work and coordinate with the Sales Manager Properties.Liaise closely with other key functions inhouse.Support the Sales Team in accordance with company and market requirements.Key Attributes / QualificationsSolid and successful B2B sales experience.Ability to close deals and deliver results.Passion and expertise in EV charging technology.Technical background, capability to walk premises with clients and develop a potential solution ready to be handed over to the Technical Team.Ability to adapt to technical concepts and building up expertise quickly.Not afraid to go the extra mile to exceed expectations.Well organised and capable of handling multiple projects in parallel.Sales experience with a technical product/solution.Good communication skills and a customer focused team player.Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is a distinct advantage.RewardsCompetitive salary and commission.Take full ownership of the sales function.Work in a modern and dynamic, forward-thinking team environment.
