Take direction from department managers and to assist in the monitoring of food quality and hygiene standards. Maintain proper rotation of product in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment. Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards A passion for food, creativity and flair, individuality is welcomed. A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality food. Requirements: Previous experience working in a similar role. Knowledge of food safety handling. Ability to focus attention on details. Eligible to work full time in Ireland. Be willing to learn and develop themselves.
