Key Account Manager for Munster Region
About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven, client-focused professional to join our dynamic commercial team in Munster. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing a large portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while consistently meeting or exceeding defined KPIs and sales targets.
Responsibilities:
* Manage a large and diverse portfolio of existing clients across Munster, ensuring regular contact and high levels of engagement.
* Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as the voice of the customer within the business.
* Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
* Meet and exceed individual and regional KPI targets, including client retention, satisfaction scores, revenue, and portfolio performance.
* Conduct regular account reviews and performance reporting.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Resolve client issues promptly, escalating when necessary, and following up to ensure resolution.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM systems.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in account management or client services, preferably managing a large portfolio.
* A customer-first mindset, with a track record of delivering outstanding service.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to hit and exceed KPIs and revenue targets.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
* Proactive, organised, and able to manage time effectively across a high-volume portfolio.
* Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel across Munster.
* Experience using CRM and reporting tools.
