What You’ll Do
1. Ensure the Trading Operations Framework complies with all regulatory obligations.
2. Maintain efficient operations to enhance client experience and safeguard client and firm interests.
3. Oversee pricing rollovers, regulatory reports, and complex issue resolution.
4. Configure and maintain trading platforms and reference data.
5. Support COO in key stakeholder management both internally and externally (Trading Counterparties, Custodians, Data Vendors, etc.).
6. Manage the Trading Operations team, including performance reporting.
7. Lead new initiatives and process automation and documentation enhancement.
8. Provide training and operational support.
What You Need To Have
1. At least 10 years’ experience in Middle, Back-office, Reconciliation, Corporate Action functions, ideally working with a MiFID Investment firm and retail exposure.
2. A thorough knowledge of the full trade lifecycle including settlement and clearing, custody, corporate action processing, dividends, taxes for CFDs and Equity products.
3. Experience in process creation and procedure documentation.
4. Analytical skills to decompose complex problems.
5. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
6. Self-motivated, proactive attitude, and team player.
7. Strong time management and error identification skills.
8. Risk mitigation mindset.
