Human Resource (HR) Graduate

At the end of your 2‑year Graduate Programme, you will have gained: international work experience, a qualification relevant to your field, fully trained in‑house auditor and 2‑years work experience. The successful candidate must be available to relocate to a sister company for a period of 6 months should the opportunity present itself. The successful candidate will rotate through key HR areas, gaining hands‑on experience and contributing to strategic and operational initiatives that support employee engagement, compliance, and organisational growth. This position is ideally an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Draft and post job advertisements
Support interview process and carry out interviews as requested
Carry out our induction process
Attend career fairs and liaise with local communities to promote employer branding
Employee Relations
Assist with employee relations matters, including note‑taking and letter drafting
Support Managers with return to work meetings, documented meetings and investigations
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures in line with legislation
Learning & Development
Support the rollout of learning platforms such as UKG
Deliver in‑house training aligned with group policies
Coordinate employee feedback activities, including surveys and exit interviews
Wellbeing
Lead and support HR initiatives including health and wellbeing agenda.
Manage and promote our Group Employee Recognition Scheme.
Manage the creation and distribution of our quarterly Newsletter gathering content from across departments and companies
HR Systems & Data
Assist in the implementation of HR systems (e.g., UKG)
Maintain accurate employee records and prepare HR reports
Ensure GDPR compliance in all data handling
General HR Support
Provide administrative support across all HR functions
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on HR projects
Candidate Profile
Relevant Honours Bachelor’s degree or Masters with a minimum of a 2:1 (or equivalent) which was completed within the last two years or is due to graduate by September 2026
IT savvy and highly proficient with Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint skills and Word.
Highly motivated, capable of working on own initiative.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong passion for working with people.
Aptitude to learning and showing initiative
