We are now seeking an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to work with our management team. This is a senior appointment for an accomplished finance professional who brings depth of experience, strong leadership, and the ability to influence decision-making at senior management level.The RoleAs Senior Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, driving financial planning and control processes, and providing strategic financial insight to support the continued growth of the business. This role goes beyond transactional finance — it requires a seasoned professional capable of leading audit, treasury, compliance, ERP systems, and cashflow management, while mentoring colleagues and strengthening financial governance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cashflow.Own the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights for senior leadership.Manage treasury and banking relationships, safeguarding liquidity and financial stability.Oversee statutory compliance, tax filings, and the annual audit process.Drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and embed financial best practice across the business.Take ownership of ERP systems and reporting optimisation, ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and the delivery of accurate, insightful management information.Act as a trusted advisor to directors and senior managers, influencing strategic decisions.About YouWe are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a senior finance role.
