Executive Assistant Global Advisory Full-time | Permanent | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote) Location: Dublin 1 Salary: €45,000 + Excellent Benefits Package About the Role This Global Professional Advisory organisation are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to join their Corporate Advisory team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to support senior leaders in a dynamic, professional environment where youll play a key role in enabling the smooth and efficient running of our business operations.
Working as part of our collaborative Business Enablement Services function, youll deliver high-level administrative and strategic support to Partners, helping to drive productivity, coordination, and client excellence across the firm.
Key Responsibilities Provide dedicated executive-level administrative support to Partners and senior stakeholders.
Manage diaries, emails, and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth scheduling and prioritisation.
Draft professional correspondence and reports, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Coordinate meetings, events, and project activities, including preparation of agendas and minutes.
Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to facilitate collaboration.
Proactively manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Support firmwide initiatives and process improvements within the Business Administration team.
About You Minimum of 4 years experience providing executive-level administrative support.
Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach with a customer service mindset.
Relevant post-secondary qualification in Business Administration or similar preferred.
