Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Procurement Strategy and Capabilities function. This individual will oversee a team of professionals in the United States, driving long-term category strategy development and performance management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement cutting-edge sourcing processes, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, and Risk programs.
* Design and deploy Procurement strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging modern technology, services, and tools to enhance efficiency and reporting within Procurement and Sourcing.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to execute the Procurement Technology Roadmap, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
* Pioneer Procurement operations, system controls, and compliance reporting services to optimize end-user experience.
* Foster continuous improvement initiatives in process, skills, and team engagement as a key member of our Procurement Strategy & Capabilities leadership team.
Key Requirements:
* Proven track record of implementing tool/technology roadmaps for Procurement Organizations.
* Desirable experience in managing source-to-contract platform tools, such as Ariba.
* Desirable experience in supplier lifecycle management process, risk management, contract lifecycle management.
* Desirable experience with procurement and data analytics/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Cognos IBM).
* Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and influence others to achieve exceptional results.
* Excellent communication skills to engage diverse internal and external stakeholders effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
