Job Description:
- Lead and manage the Medical Oncology nursing unit to ensure high-quality patient care.
1. Coordinate daily patient care operations when the CNM is absent.
2. Analyse workloads and staffing needs to meet patient care requirements.
3. Assess staff competencies and assign duties accordingly.
