The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will be a key member of the HR team, supporting delivery of the HR strategy to add value and drive business performance by providing expert people solutions.
You will be supporting our employees and management within the Business and IT services multi-client area. Our goal is to create a resilient, diverse and collaborative culture to develop, engage and retain our people.
Formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the company, including but not limited to deploying HR processes and policies, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Change Management, Employee Networks, and Corporate Sustainability activities.
Conduct weekly/biweekly meetings with respective business units.
Provide proactive HR advice, guidance and coaching to leaders, managers, and associates to facilitate on-going delivery requirements.
Analyse trends in metrics to develop solutions and programs and policies, providing quantifiable data and inputs to all relevant Business and Functional Heads.
Conduct and advise on complex employee relations queries and issues. Be responsible for conducting objective investigations including grievance and disciplinaries.
Provide advice on performance management, coaching, counselling, career development, probation, and absence issues.
Review and develop HR policies and procedures to meet the needs of the organisation, respond to changing legislation, and facilitate the adoption of best practices.
Provide support to the business on restructures within the company, workforce planning and succession planning.

Strong knowledge of Employee relations – Irish employment law and HR best practices.
Ability to review data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.

Your experience
Demonstrable HR Business Partner/employee relations experience.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, flexible global environment.
Knowledge of applicable employment regulations.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organisation and with diverse client groups.
