The Role:
1. Originate and evaluate new investment opportunities across the Irish development landscape.
2. Lead detailed credit analysis, financial modelling, and risk assessments.
3. Manage transaction execution including due diligence, negotiation, and investmentmittee presentations.
4. Actively oversee and monitor a portfolio of live credit investments.
5. Contribute to a collaborative and high-performance culture, mentoring junior team members.
Requirements:
6. 5+ years' experience in real estate finance, private credit, lending, or investment advisory.
7. Strong academic background; finance qualifications (ACA, CFA, etc.) a plus.
8. Sharp financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
