Concept Engineer – Digital Design - Senior to Managerial level - DSP/Ethernet

About the Role
We're seeking experienced and talented Concept Engineers at various seniority levels – from Senior to Managerial – to join our fast-paced team. In these pivotal roles, you'll be instrumental in architecting cutting-edge Capacitive Sensing, Touch Sensing, and mixed-signal IP. Your deep technical knowledge and leadership capabilities will be crucial in helping us achieve our commitment to excellence and elevate our designs, contributing to products that touch millions of lives daily.
What You'll Do
As a Concept Engineer, depending on your seniority, you will:
* Define and drive the design requirements for complex digital designs, potentially leading these efforts.
* Develop and oversee the microarchitecture of IP, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
* Provide expert support and guidance to our Design and Verification teams, troubleshooting challenges and fostering best practices.
* Strategically collaborate with Software and Platform Architects to define optimal system-level solutions, influencing product roadmaps.
* For Managerial roles: Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers, manage project timelines, and contribute to strategic technical decisions and resource planning.
What you'll bring
* Senior Level: 6-10 years of industry experience in digital design/concept roles.
* Principal Level: 10-15 years of industry experience in digital design/concept roles, with a proven track record of technical leadership.
* Managerial Level: 15 years of industry experience in digital design/concept roles, including significant leadership and project management experience.
* Proven expertise in Digital Design/Concept across all levels.
* Expertise in DSP architecture is highly preferred.
* For Managerial roles: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage complex projects, and drive innovation.
